Growing vegetables, herbs and plants inside, no direct sunlight? - growing vegetables in pots
I want to grow vegetables in pots on my terrace and herbs in my window, but my kitchen opens onto a fully enclosed courtyard (which can be a space), so there is no natural light. Who knows if / how I can grow vegetables and herbs in pots in full sun? Which should I choose?

It is difficult to plants without sunlight, but you can full-spectrum fluorescent tubes and hang you use a few inches above the plants for a greater intensity.
