Can anyone out there tell me about the allow dogs to run at large charge? - large and in charge - bangbus
I have a mixture of 8 months old Lab Shepard went through the window of my basement. When one of my neighbors, seeing that he called me at work to pick it up, but my husband had already arrived here. I work only two blocks from my house. Today I was with a subpoena served because someone called and reported. I know that he tried to my landlord to get rid of me because you do not like my dogs force. What should I do?

Move. We had a neighbor like once, and is a pain in the ass and the dog is the one who suffers.

Most of the laws of animal control, the owner of the animal or on a leash, and if a dog owner to restrict the outside, the owner must bring the responsibility for your pet.
But all that can happen once or even twice, but more than that, it is a problem that the solution to keep animals must contain.
I understand your point across, but not everyone loves dogs as you do. So you need an extra effort to not only be a good neighbor, but also protect their animals before something terrible happens. Give your neighbors a reason to hate the dogs.
Attach the window, hold the content, while the dog is gone, then MOVE!
