I blog on Blogger, you can Google has no right to me on blogging, how can I use so I can give my intellectual property stolen

Google does not need it. His works are protected by copyright (in most cases) the time it is created in physical form.

To prove it is stolen, you should contact Google and see if you can time stamp the computer confirmed the date and time for their work to put online.
